Meridian Brokers deal mostly with the major lenders that consumers are already familiar with including BMO, HSBC, Scotia Bank, TD Canada Trust and some mortgage only institutions such as First National Financial and CIBC FirstLine. Because of the high volume of mortgages we place with lenders we are offered the most favorable rates and products, often unavailable at local bank branches.

JAMIE MOI

Jamie Moi is an independent mortgage broker with Meridian West Coast Mortgages and has been assisting clients for over 4 years. Jamie began her career as the principle underwriter for the Diana Zitko Mortgage Team where she apprenticed under the top broker within Meridian Financial Services.

Jamie is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and is dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism to her clients through continued education and a commitment to a strict code of ethics. Jamie has clients all across Canada however she focuses her business in the Fraser Valley and specifically in Langley where she lives.

In 2006 Jamie won the “Notable Networker Award” presented by Business Networking International and she is also a good standing member of the Langley Chamber of Commerce and the Valley Women’s Network. Jamie is a featured writer in the Abbotsford based newspaper The Post.
